Ingredients:
• conejo partido en trozos, 1 unidad
• cebolla, 1 unidad
• zanahoria, 1 unidad
• ajo, 1 unidad
• perejil, 1 al gusto
• harina, 1 al gusto
• vino blanco, 1 al gusto
• pastilla caldo, 1 unidad
• aceite, 1 al gusto
• sal, 1 al gusto
Directions:
Sazonar el conejo con ajo y perejil y dejar reposar unos minutos. Pasar por harina y freir hasta que está doradito. Colocarlo en una bandeja de horno con un fondo de zanahoria y cebolla, añadir la pastilla de caldo, el vino blanco y un poco de agua y dejar hacer en el horno.
Se le puede añadir calabacín, berenjena, puerro etc.
