Ingredients:
• conejo (2 lomos deshuesados), 400 gramos
• tomillo, 1/2 cucharadita
• romero, 1/4 cucharadita
• aceite de oliva, 4 cucharadas
• caldo, 1/2 taza
• vino blanco, 1/4 taza
• maicena, 1 cucharadita
• miel, 1 cucharada
• pimienta molida, al gusto
• sal, al gusto
Directions:
Lavar los lomos y secar con papel absorbente. Colocarlos en una bandeja de horno, salpimentar y espolvorear con las hierbas. Regar con el aceite y meter en el horno precalentado, a media potencia, 170º, durante 25 minutos.
Quitar los lomos de la bandeja y agregar el caldo y el vino. Dar un hervor, raspando bien para que se mezclen todos los sabores y mezclar. Espesar con la maicena si es necesario y reservar la salsa. Cortar los lomos en filetes finos y servir con la salsa.
