Ingredients:
Una lombarda (como de 1 kg)
100 gr de piñones crudos
50 gr de pasas
2 dientes de ajo
1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Directions:
Cocer y escurrir bien la lombarda. Poner el aceite en una sartén amplia y dorar en él los piñones con el ajo previamente picado .

Retirar la sartén del fuego y echar el pimentón, las pasas y la lombarda. Volver a poner la sartén en el fuego y rehogar durante 5 minutos.
