Ingredients:
8 puerros
3 patatas pequeñas
1 cucharada de mantequilla
1 pastilla de caldo de carne
1 vaso de leche
Directions:
Cortar en rodajas finas los puerros y las patatas. Rehogar los puerros con la mantequilla y, pasados unos minutos, añadir las patatas y rehogar todo junto otro par de minutos.

Añadir la pastilla de caldo de carne, agua hasta cubrir los alimentos y sal al gusto. Cocer a fuego lento durante unos 40 minutos.

Tras dejar enfriar un poco, pasar la batidora y añadir el vaso de leche. Si es necesario se rectifica de sal. Meter en la nevera y servir frío, decorado con un poco de perejil fresco.
